Last week ATI announced details of its new Radeon X1950 and X1900 graphics cards based on the R580 core (which came out this January), with has 48-pixel-shaders, the R580 features a robust memory controller capable of utilizing many different types of memory, including the brand-new GDDR4. Both Hynix and
